More About Us

Meet Mike

I became licensed and began selling real estate in 1997. At first, I sold mostly residential homes with a little bit of land, multifamily and commercial sales thrown in to the mix.

However, my career path took a turn when I started working with a land specialist and found out how much more I enjoyed land sales. In part, because I am an active person and love to be outdoors. Having grown up in a neighborhood that was surrounded by forestlands, I spent many of my childhood hours in the woods with my friends. Building tree forts, fishing, riding motorcycles and just enjoying the solitude that the forest can bring you. Due to this background, there is a certain nostalgia I find in my line of work.

I am also highly motivated by solving problems to land-related issues. In my earlier years of land sales, the problems I faced mostly revolved around assisting land owners with feasibility issues and land entitlements. As my business evolved and my client base shifted towards corporate clients and private owners of larger tracts, the issues also evolved. Now, I find myself working more on assisting clients with valuations and "highest and best use" scenarios on a grander scale.

I have consulted for clients on land exchanges, assisted corporate clients with divestiture planning, and helped many corporate and private land owners with acquisition and sales.  My consultation and brokerage services have included lands in the hundreds of thousands of acres across the Pacific Northwest.

This job takes me from the Oregon-California border all the way up to the Washington-Canadian border and I've been blessed to find a business partner who, not only compliments my abilities but, shares a common love for the work that I do!
